astonish·ly ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and mobile application.

Information we collect

• Email address — when you sign up for launch updates or create an account.
• Account information — if you create an account in the app, we store your email and subscription status.
• Usage data — basic analytics to understand how the app and site are used (added after launch, if enabled).
• Push notification tokens — if you enable daily notifications in the app.
• Survey responses — your answers to optional daily survey questions, stored privately and shown only as aggregated counts to administrators.

How we use information

We use your information to deliver daily content, send notifications you have requested, process subscriptions through Apple and Google (via RevenueCat), respond to support requests, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.

Third-party services

We use trusted providers to operate the service, including Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), RevenueCat (subscriptions), Expo (push notifications), and Sentry (error reporting). Each provider processes data according to their own privacy policies.

Data retention and deletion

You may delete your account at any time from within the app or via our account deletion page. Deletion permanently removes your account data, profiles, survey responses, and push tokens.
