In the app
The fastest way: open astonish·ly, go to Settings, tap Delete account, and confirm. Your account is deleted right away and you are signed out.
Can't use the app?
Email hello@astonishly.com from the address you used to sign up, with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify the request, delete the account, and confirm by email.
What is deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes your sign-in, your profile and reading preferences, your survey responses, and your push notification tokens. This cannot be undone. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so cancel in your store's subscription settings first (App Store: Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Google Play: Menu, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions). Otherwise the store may keep charging you.
